The CLSN is designed for shallow plenum or low ceiling spaces where a narrow body fixture is required. Constructed from marine grade aluminum and designed with clean, sharp lines, this fixture is attractive and designed to last. The CLSN is also ISO 5, IP65/IP66 (including ingress protection), RoHS and IC-rated. Also acceptable for use in ISO3-9 environments. Includes a high-impact polycarbonate lens as standard. Even with the thickest lens the unit is under 4” deep which works well in tight spaces. This is a highly versatile lighting unit with a wide-range of uses.
OPTICAL SYSTEM: This unit comes standard with a .125” clear polycarbonate outer lens to insure a tight and durable seal. A impact resistant diffuser also adds to the security aspect and insures less glare with even uniform light distribution.
FINISH: This fixture receives our standard, high-quailty TGIC white polyester powder coat with a 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test of over 1,000 hours. Reflectance of 92%.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Choose CCT from 3000 to 5000K CCT, and lumens in 500, 750, 1000 or 1400 lumens per foot (custom lumens is also available). The driver provides 0-10V dimming as standard. Several emergency batteries are included in the option list (90-minute backup period for code compliance). Complies with federal energy efficiency standards. A 347V version is available, as well as a generator pass-on option.
MOUNTING: Designed for recessed or surface mounting. Surface mount with a shroud available.
LISTING: Suitable for ISO 5-9 cleanrooms. ETL/cETL listed. IP65 / IP66 rated. RoHS, Non-Food Zone (which is a typical rating for lighting equipment not subjected to direct food contact, e.g. ceiling mount luminaires. Examples of equipment subjected to direct food contact would be cutting boards, work-tables, mixers, can-openers, other.). IC-rated, cETL and ETl rated, and acceptable for use in ISO3-9 environments. Tested for ISO 5 compliance. IS03/ISO4 environments typically use uni-directional vertical air-flow and a ventilated raised floor to remove airborne particles. It is not uncommon for the entire ceiling to be constructed of HEPA or ULPA filters. This way filtered air is continually directed downward, passing through the ventilated and aised floor, and then recirculated. This removes more airborne particles than are created. Often, laminar-flow surface mount luminaires are used to illuminate this space. With proper air flow/air exchanges and professional installation, this non-shedding luminaire is acceptable for use in ISO3-9 environments.
