DESCRIPTION
The BAE combines maximum security construction and energy saving technology all in to one luminaire. The BAE can be both ceiling- or wall-mounted. This low profile, surface-mounted luminaire with clamshell housing, security lensing and tamper resistant fasteners is designed for maximum impact resistance and prevent contraband concealment and unwanted fixture penetration. ETL, cETL listed for damp locations. The BAE is ideal for confinement/security applications. Suitable for use in inmate cells, behavioral health facilities, secure corridors and general population areas. Available in continuous runs, use option BAECR.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Electronic drivers are available for 120/277V applications, 0-10V Dimming driver included standard. Long-life LED system rated for >130K life hours (L70 @ 25° C). Metal gear tray for internal LED driver. Complies with federal energy efficiency standards.

OPTICAL SYSTEM
Choice of prismatic acrylic, prismatic polycarbonate or prismatic tempered glass on fixture side, clear polycarbonate or clear tempered glass on environmental side. The lens is secured by thru-studs and vertically adjustable internal CRS hold-downs.

HOUSING
CRS body with continuous welded and ground ends to form a one-piece, seamless, doorless housing which maximizes impact resistance, prevents contraband concealment, and unauthorized fixture penetration. Clamshell design combines die-formed 12, 14, or 16 ga.

LED
80 CRI or 90 CRI LEDs available in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. Life is 100,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance.

HINGE
Internal Security Hinge leaves no exposed parts for weapon fabrication and facilitates maintenance.

BACKPLATE
Die-formed steel backplate forms an irretrievable blade trap to prevent contraband concealment.
