The CLDWG is an top access clean room fixture engineered for Walkable T-Grid system ceilings (for example the Gordon WG-38) and other custom walkable ceilings. Designed to withstand 600lbs to reduce the hazard of foot traffic. This gasketed and sealed IP65 rated fixture is suitable for Class 1/ISO 3 and higher clean rooms. Available options including anti-microbial white finish, 90 CRI LEDs, MILSTD 461G compliant, and 12W emergency driver. Suitable for biosafety labs rated BSL 1 and 2. Suitable for Class 1/ISO 3 Cleanrooms. For use in insulated ceilings.
HOUSING: Standard with 20 gauge gasketed and sealed, cold roll steel housing. 16 Gauge top access gasketed and sealed plate allows access to the LED modules and LED drivers while maintaining the IP65 rating and integrity of the cleanroom environment. 18 gauge cold roll steel doorframe is secured to housing with captive flush mounted Phillips head stainless steel fasteners and stainless steel aircraft cables. White TGIC polyester powder coat standard, with optional anti-microbial white paint. Closed-cell gasket completely seals the doorframe, housing, and top access panel.
MOUNTING: Recessed grid mounting into Gordon WG-38 Walkable T-Grid ceiling systems.
OPTICAL SYSTEM: A variety of lensing options are available to fit the needs of any application. If additional lensing options are needed, consult factory. RF grid lens required for MIL STD 461G compliance.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Electronic driver 0-10V 1% dimming standard. Long-life LED system rated for >100K hours (L70 @ 25°C). Complies with federal energy efficiency standards. LED: 80 CRI or 90 CRI LEDs available in 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. LED life is >100,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance. LM79, LM80 and TM21 compliant.
