The MBHDL-4 is a recessed flanged high abuse luminaire, designed for behavioral healthcare applications. Sealed and gasketed, the MBHDL provides an IP65 rating. This luminaire is available in several configurations, and several lens and finish options are also available. This unit also offers ambient and exam lighting functions. This luminaire is designed for use a left and right side bed light pair. This set uses one fixture as the “Master” which houses all fixture control and drivers, which will also receive the power feed. The remaining fixture is the “companion”, which will only consist of the LED boards to make the connection between the two luminaries an easy process. A stand-alone luminaire is also available.
CONSTRUCTION: Constructed from marine grade quality .063″ aluminum with an alumium mud-flange and frame. Torx head with center-pin fasteners included are standard for an extra level of security.
LIGATURE RESISTANCE: Provides ligature resistance when installed in sheetrock/ drywall aand WHEN utilizing a tamper-proof security sealant/pickproof security caulk (supplied by others).
MOUNTING: Suitable for sheetrock/ drywall installation, but also available for T-grid applications. Recessed housing, conduit entry.
LEDS: High Output LEDs are available in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K color temperatures. Integral LEDs are rated for at least 100K life hours (L70), with 90 CRI as an option.

DRIVERS: 0-10V dimming driver is included standard.
FINISH: A highly durable matte white finish is standard, with anti-microbial finish available as an option. Custom finish options are available in various RAL colors.
