DESCRIPTION
The CLEL provides a supplemental, asymmetric/symmetric clean room lighting solution and has a hole-free design and is enclosed and gasketed to protect against infiltration of particles and airborne bacteria. The sealed housing and door frame allow relamping without contamination of the clean areas. CLEL is available in 1×4, 2×2, and 2×4 sizes. The is IP66 compliant, wet location listed standard, MILSTD 461G available, NSF listed, food safe, anti-microbial matte white finish
(optional), Red and Green LED’s.
DOORFRAME
18-gauge CRS, one-piece inset construction corners. White TGIC
polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%. Doorframe secured to housing with stainless steel aircraft cables and captive flush mounted Phillips head stainless steel fasteners. Antimicrobial finish standard on all exposed painted surfaces of installed luminaire.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Electronic, standard 0-10V, 1% and 10% dimming.
OPTICAL SYSTEM
Electrostatically applied, anti-microbial matte white powder coat. One-piece asymmetric/symmetric acrylic diffuser. RFI 3/8” square metal grid, grounded to the housing. Other lenses available, refer to Ordering Information.

MOUNTING
Surface Mount. The CLEL has a gasket between surface and fixture housing.

Die-formed heavy gauge steel. Seam-welded construction. Stainless steel or aluminum options. All doors attached to the housing with two stainless steel aircraft cables. Stainless steel Philips head screws painted to match door finish to secure door frame to housing. White TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%. Antimicrobial finish standard on all exposed painted surfaces of installed luminaire.
DOORFRAME GASKET
One-piece closed cell silicone gasket seals door-frame to housing.
