DESCRIPTION: The CAC Series is ISO5, IC-rated luminaire which provides a cost-effective LED clean room lighting solution. For use in insulated ceilings. Splash Zone and Non-Food Zone Applications. This is a highly versatile lighting unit with a wide-range of uses. Includes a high-impact polycarbonate lens. Even with the thickest lens the unit is under 3” deep which works well in tight spaces.

APPLICATIONS: The CAC Series were designed to be high quality, energy efficient LED fixtures for use in cleanrooms.

CONSTRUCTION: Our CAC is constructed of a heavy gauge cold rolled steel body. Units are shipped with die cast aluminum joiners installed for structural continuity and for attaching other units for continual runs.

OPTICAL SYSTEM: White polyester polymer finish with a high reflectivity. A computer designed optical system that maximizes the output of the lamps producing very wide distribution for even brightness. Outer clear lens creates a tight seal to the fixture, and provides impact/scratch resistance (as well as uniformity and reduced glare).

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Electronic drivers are available for 120/277V applications, 0-10V Dimming driver included standard. Long-life LED system rated for >120K life hours (L70 @ 25°C). Metal gear tray for internal LED driver. Complies with federal energy efficiency standards.

MOUNTING: Recessed grid and recessed flanged applications. Easy installation with adjustable 90° swing arm system standard. Universal mounting allows for both recessed flanged and recessed grid mounting
