The next step in vandal resistance… our BTV is a custom designed enclosure for flat screen TVs. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel, this surface mount enclosure is strong, easy to install, and can stand up to almost anything. Inset doorframe is constructed from the same material as the housing and comes standard with Torx with center-pin reject as standard fasteners. A proprietary non-glare polycarbonate lens reduces glare and offers maxium protection (other lens options also available).

CONSTRUCTION: Made from heavy-gauge steel. Available in 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20 gauge steel, plus 18 gauge stainless steel (polished or painted 304 or 316), or marine grade aluminum. The door frame is secured with center-pin reject Torx fasteners. Integrated offset mesh on top of housing allow heat and sound to escape, but also restricts objects being hidden inside the BTV housing.

FINISH: TGIC white polyester powder coat with a 5-stage pre-treatment. with other colors available including standard RAL colors. Salt spray test of over 1,000 hours. Reflectance of 92%.

MOUNTING: Our BTV is designed to be compliant with the industry standard VESA mounting hole locations.
