HOUSING: One-piece die-formed prime 14-gauge grade material as specified – see ordering information. Corners continuously seam welded and smooth with no post grinding (TIG).
DOOR: One-piece die-formed prime grade 14-gauge. Corners continuously seam welded and smooth with no post grinding (TIG).
FASTENERS: Hardened security screws as specified – see ordering information.
FINISH: TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%. See Options for a black exterior.
LEGEND: Legend illuminated by internal high output LEDs. Lettering six inches high with .750 inch stroke. Internal panels with stencil cut letters and red or green filter panel. A .188″ clear polycarbonate lens. Universal arrows are standard.
ELECTRICAL: Features 624 nm Red or 527 nm Green LED light source. All electrical components mounted to removable high impact, injection molded polycarbonate chassis. OPTIONS: Available with a sealed nickel-cadmium emergency battery pack with standard deep cycle battery conditioning (EC), self test and self diagnostic circuitry (SDT), or a protected mechanical test switch. Emergency battery provides 120 minutes of emergency operation. Emergency Battery Pack (EC) suitable for 10°C to 45°C (50°F to 113°F). Cold Weather Emergency Battery Pack (CEC) suitable for -45°C to 45°C (-49°F to 113°F).
