Our all new BH6 is constructed from high quality, marine grade aluminum, with features perfect for use in Behavioral Health facilities. This fixtures offers amazing and even illumination, and it is also ligature-resistant and vandal proof. The standard polycarbonate lens is securely installed in the lens trim ring, and cannot be removed or pulled out. Our innovative trim ring seals securely to the ceiling and is made from custom cast anodized aluminum.
CONSTRUCTION: The housing is constructed of US sourced marine grade aluminum for strength and longevity. The hanging brackets (two, one on each side) are also made from heavy duty aluminum. A heat sink is included to dissipate heat. Adjustable to a 1.5” thick ceiling.
FASTENERS: Torx® Head with center pin security fasteners are standard. Allenhead w/center pin security fasteners available with option “AH”.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Electronic driver 0-10V dimming standard. Long-life LED system rated for >100K hours (L70 @ 25°C). Complies with federal energy efficiency. Electrical components are accessible through the aperture. LED drivers are remotely mounted.
OPTICAL SYSTEM: Standard with a frosted polycarbonate lens.
MOUNTING: Recessed mounting. LED: 80 CRI or 90 CRI LEDs available in 3000K, 3500K, 4000K CCTs.
FINISH: The housing is only available as raw, marine grade aluminum… but the trim ring is finishable in textured white, matte black, anti-microbial white, or your choice of custom colors (consult factory).
