The BAB (C) is a correctional grade, Top, Side of Wall Mount LED exit sign. Perfect for any application that requires a heavy duty, vandal resistant exit sign. Designed to meet State of Connecticut requirements.
CONSTRUCTION: One-piece construction made from cold roll steel or stainless steel. Doorframe to match housing construction. Corners
continuously seam welded and smooth. .125″ clear polycarbonate lens sealed to the doorframe.
FASTENERS: Tamper Proof T25 Torx with center pin reject is standard. Allen head fasteners available as an option.
LEGEND: Legend illuminated by internal high output LEDs. Lettering 6.0” high with .75” stroke. Internal panels with stencil cut letters and red or
green filter panel. A .125″ clear polycarbonate lens is standard. Universal arrows are also standard.
ELECTRICAL: Features 624 nm Red or 527 nm Green LED light source. All electrical components mounted to removable high impact, injection
molded polycarbonate chassis.
FINISH: TGIC white polyester powder coat with a 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test of over 1,000 hours. Reflectance of 92%. See options
for black exterior or anti-microbial White Paint. Stainless steel doorframe construction and finishes available.
LISTINGS: UL Classified IP65 per IEC 60598. Meets or exceeds UL924 and NFPA 101 Standards. Meets or exceeds CSA and NRCAN
requirements. BAA and BABA compliant.
OPTIONS: Available with a sealed nickel-cadmium emergency battery pack with standard deep cycle battery conditioning. Emergency battery
provides up to 90 minutes of emergency operation. Emergency Battery Pack (EMB) suitable for 10°C to 45°C (50°F to 113°F). Fixtures are standard
with an emergency battery as per Connecticut Exit Sign Regulations.
