The BHAERO is an aerodynamic surface mount LED luminaire. Created with performance in mind, while maintaining a beautiful appearance. Designed with the ability to be mounted without having to take the fixture apart. The BHAERO is engineered to be a durable, slim, aerodynamic, high performance luminaire that sets unprecedented standards for contemporary light fixtures. Through extensive testing and refining, this fixture is one on the most moisture resistant we have ever designed.
CONSTRUCTION: Stainless steel captive screws secure the door frame to the fixture. One piece, seamless housing provides for maximum impact resistance. Engineered with 30° slopes to reduce drag and wind noise, while preventing lift forces caused by heavy air currents. 10° slopes eliminate any chance of water pooling on the fixture when surface mounted to a wall. Standard with 18ga cold rolled steel door and housing.
OPTICAL SYSTEM: High output LED’s available in 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K. CRI >82. Projected life of at least 60,000 hours. Contact factory for TM-21 detail. Use of closely spaced medium-power, high brightness chips minimizes pixelation and provides uniform luminance. (For maximum diffusion LED’s are coved with lens).
GASKETING/SEALS: The BHAERO is sealed with high-quality, closed cell neoprene gaskets to prevent dust and water from entering the fixture, IP65 rating. We developed a unique and highly effective configuration using multiple gaskets, along with non-hardening silicon, to create a full sealed fixture.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Universal voltage (120-277 Vac) Input 50/60 Hz. Power factor > 0.95, THD < 20%. High-performance isolated driver features over-voltage, under-voltage, short-circuit and over temperature protection. Class A sound rating. 0-10 volt dimming (1% – 100%) standard.
MOUNTING: This fixture is designed to be recessed mounted. LISTINGS: ETL listed. IP65 Rated. Made in the USA. Exceeds the requirements set by the European Union, and therefore eligible to bear the CE marking. FINISH: High gloss, electrostatically applied, white powder coat finish with an average minimum reflectance of 92% included standard. Consult factory for custom finishes.
